today...my muscles are aching like mad!!! haha.due to pft yesterday.and i had training in the morning.ahhh...my shoulders, and arms ache like hell.did weights.hahaha.and my leg muscles too!!! haha.cause...qinwen and i were like bored in the morning waiting for everyone to arrive...sooo..we went to cycle on the machine.and did the HARDEST COURSES!!! like going upppp and ddooowwnnn slopes with rEALLY steep gradients!!! haha.and all the calories burnt was like 30 + haha.so toot.hahaha.and that was before training...haha.can you imagine after training...haha

man...am feeling damn stressed about JC life...mum keeps talking to me about my As and what results i want etc.and what course to take in uni.and WHICH uni i wanna go to...sighh..oh yeah.should go offline alreadyyy...to studyyy..
